树脂醇 C 用于醇酸树脂制备的研究

摘要: 以亚麻油、甘油、邻苯二甲酸酐为主要原料,添加生物化工原料树脂醇 C,以 LiOH 为催化剂,通过醇解法制备室温自干型醇酸树脂。 通过研究配方中油度、甘油与树脂醇 C 质量比以及合成工艺中各阶段温度对醇酸树脂制备的影响,确定当油度为 50%、甘油与树脂醇 C 质量比为 7 ∶3、低温酯化升温时间为 1.5 h、低温酯化保温时间为 0.5 h、高温酯化升温时间为 2 h 时,醇酸树脂干燥性能和耐水性能良好,达到 GB / T 25251—2010 相关性能指标的要求。

Abstract: A series of ambient self-drying akyd resins have been prepared with linseed oil, glycerol and phthalic anhydride as the raw materials in addition to resin-alcohol C(biochemical raw materials at the presence of the lithium hydride as catalyst by using alcoholysis-polyesterification method. The effect of oil-lengu, mass ratio of glycerol and resin-alcohol C and temperature of different reaction step on the properties of alkyd resin are evaluated.The result shows that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows: oil-length 50%, the mass ratio of glycerol and resin-alcohol C 7: 3 the esterification rising time at low temperature 1.5h, the esterification soaking time at low temperature 0.5 h, the esterification rising tme at high temperature 2 h. And the prepared alkyd resin exhibits good water resistance and drying performance which are in line with GB/T 25251-2010.
