摘要: 引入自制的磷酸酯功能单体,制备的丙烯酸树脂在不外加防掉银助剂的情况下,达到不掉银效果。 讨论了引发剂的种类和用量、溶剂、玻璃化温度、相对分子质量调节剂、甲基丙烯功能单体等对树脂性能的影响。 重点讨论了磷酸酯功能单体对漆膜防掉银性能的影响及其机理。 制备的热塑性丙烯酸树脂各项综合性能优异

Abstract: An acrylic resin was prepared by using the self-prepared phosphate functional monomer. The prepared resin exhibited good aluminium-fixing effect even if not using alumin-ium-fixing additives. The effects of initiator type and amount, solvent, glass transform temper-ature, molecular weight regulator and methyl prop ylene functional monomer on the properties of the resin were discussed. The effect of phosphate functional monomer on the properties of film and its mechanism was discussed parcularly. The thermoplastic acrylic resin prepared by this method has excellent overall performance.
