摘要: 骨胶作为无害的生物基粘结剂,常被传统修复师用于中国古代大漆家具的修复加固中,但由于填补地仗层材料的不同,骨胶在其上的粘结强度亦有区别。本文采用质量分数为 25%的骨胶溶液作为脱落漆皮的加固材料,分别以之将漆皮粘结在附着料灰、漆灰与钛白粉乳胶地仗层的木方上进行剥离实验,测试骨胶在不同地仗层上的粘结强度。采用力学实验机对以骨胶为粘结剂的漆皮进行剥离强度测试;采用 SEM对骨胶在 3种地仗层上的渗透性与 3种地仗层的结构进行微观观察;并观察骨胶在 3种地仗层上的凝胶现象。结果表明:地仗层结构、骨胶的渗透性以及骨胶的凝胶现象影
响其粘结强度。料灰地仗结构粗糙,有利于骨胶的渗透,其凝胶现象不明显,此种情况增强了骨胶的粘结强度;漆灰地仗与钛白粉乳胶地仗结构较料灰细腻,不利于骨胶的渗透,其凝胶现象严重,致使骨胶的粘结强度较低。

Abstract: Bone glue,a biobased harmless adhesive,has been used for the restorative reinforce of Chinese ancient lacquer furniture,but provided different adhesive strength on the different ground layers. This paper discussed the uses of bone glue at 25% in restorative
reinforce for broken lacquer film on the wood blocks,including three kinds of grounds,i.e. stucco with pig-blood,lacquer and titanium dioxide,which were tested by mechanical test machine. The structure of grounds layer and permeation of bone glue were observed by SEM,
as well as the gelation of bone glue.The results showed that the structure of grounds layer,permeation and gelation of bone glue would presented various effects on the bonding strength.The ground layer with pig-blood showed the most coarse structure,leading a better permeation of bone glue with less gelation,therefore increase the bonding strength. The grounds layer with lacquer and titanium dioxide showed fine particle structure that provided negtive effect on permeation and obvious gelation that reduced the bonding strength.
