摘要： 制备了一种性能优良的自固化水性无机硅酸锌车间底漆，研究了漆膜性能和施工注意事项。 探讨了水性无机硅酸锌车间底漆与不同种类底漆的配套兼容性和初期耐水性。 结果表明，水性无机硅酸锌车间底漆各种性能良好且与不同种类底漆的兼容性优良，喷涂干燥后 ６０ ｍｉｎ 即可进行耐水性测试且性能完好。

Abstract: A kind of high performance self-curable waterborne inorganic zinc silicate shop primer was prepared. Its film properties and coating process were investigated. In addition,its compatibility with other primers and initial water resistance were discussed. The results showed that the shop primer exhibited good comprehensiv properties and had good compatibility with other primers. The water resistance was good as observed by water resistance test for the film after drying for 60 min.
