摘要： 通过对比转印效果的影响因素，对不同厂家热转印聚酯树脂进行筛选;对树脂 DSC 固化行为进行讨论和分析，选择具有高固化率和高流平性的树脂，并配合助剂和颜料的选择，解决热转印涂料粘纸、油印和转印纹路不清晰等生产问题。

Abstract: By comparing the influential factors on transfer effect, the polyester resin suitable for powder coating formulation was screened out. Through the discussion and analysis of DSC behavior, the polyesters with high curing rate and high leveling were selected and blended with additives and pigments so as to solve the production problems including sticky paper and unclear mimeograph and transfer lines, etc.
