摘要: 以生物基腰果酚为起始原料合成腰果酚二元醇(CD),以天然多羟基化合物蔗糖为交联剂,在无催化剂条件下成功合成交联型腰果酚基水性聚氨酯。 通过 FT-IR、XRD、1 H NMR研究了聚氨酯的结构,并探究了不同蔗糖 / CD 羟基物质的量比对材料粒径分布、拉伸性能、热学性能、吸水性的影响。 结果表明:蔗糖与 CD 成功接入聚氨酯分子链中,分子链呈现出无序状态;改性后乳液粒径增大,材料耐水性增强,拉伸强度也得到明显的改善,一定程度上提高了材料的热稳定性。 当蔗糖与 CD 羟基物质的量比为 1 ∶1时,胶膜 24 h 吸水率为 11.3%,拉伸强度为 34.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为1 164%,初始热分解温度为 238 °C ,材料综合性能最佳。

Abstract: A series of cardanol based waterborne polyurethane were successfully prepared from the synthesized cardanol diol( CD) and polyhydroxylated natural sucrose as crosslinker in the absence of traditional catalysts. The structure of polyurethane was investigated by FT-IR XRD and H-NMR, and the effect of sucrose/CD hydroxy mole ratio on size distribution, tensile properties, thermal properties and water absorption was also studied. The results showed that sucrose and CD had been successfully inserted to the chains of polyurethane molecular which presented the disordered state. In addition, the particle size and water resistance of the modified waterborne polyurethane increased. Furthermore, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the modified products were greatly improved. When the sucrose/ CD hydroxy mole ratio was 1: 1. the film had best comprehensive performance, the water absorption decreased to 11. 3%, the tensile strength was 34. 9 MPa and the elongation at break was1164%, and the initial decomposition temperature was 238℃ .
