摘要: 为了提高对纳米重防腐有机涂层体系的了解,为进一步优化纳米重防腐涂料涂层体系、缩短工艺周期提供支撑,本研究通过扫描电镜测试、3.5%NaCl 划叉加速浸泡实验和电化学阻抗谱分析,研究了纳米重防腐有机涂层体系中纳米环氧封闭底漆在体系中起到的作用。 结果表明:纳米环氧封闭底漆具有优良的封孔作用和连接作用,使重防腐纳米有机涂层体系中涂层之间的结合更加紧密,可以有效增强涂层体系的抗腐蚀介质渗透性,提高涂层体系的耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: In order to increase the understanding of the nano-scale heavy-duty anticorrosive coating system, and further optimize the coating system and shorten the process cycle. The role of nano-scale epoxy primer as sealer in the nano-scale heavy-dut anticorrosive organic coating system has been researched by SEM microscopic test analysis, 3. 5% NaCl immersion text and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis. The results show that the nano-scale epoxy sealer has excellent sealing and connection effect, which enables the various layers of heavy-duty organic coating system to bind more closely, meanwhile can effectively enhance the erosive medium resistance and anticorrosive performance of the coating systems.
