汽车水性银色漆“黑点”问题解决措施

摘要: 针对在某次汽车水性银色漆的涂装中面漆出现"黑点"问题,分析涂装工艺、材料本身变质、外来污染源等因素,通过排查,并依据喷板试验及红外光谱分析,最终确定喉封液渗入水性银色漆导致了"黑点"问题的发生,通过维修输漆管路系统动力泵的密封性及更换罐体内污染的水性银色漆,解决了水性漆色漆的"黑点"问题。

Abstract: This article mainly aims at an automotive coating process with waterborne silver paint wherein the problem of"black spots"occurred. Through the screening method and basis for the result of spray board experiments and Infrared spectrum analysis, it is confirmed that the problem of”black spots“is caused by occlude fuid seeping into waterborne silver paint. Through improving the seal efficiency of power pump which is used for the pipeline that conveying the paint and replacing the contaminated paint, the problem of”black spots“on the surface of waterborne silver paint is eliminated entirely.
