摘要: 通过几个平行实验,对比了不同种类的抗静电剂在静电喷涂涂料体系中的应用,并从电阻率、涂料黏度、漆膜光泽等性能对抗静电剂在涂料体系中的影响进行了分析。结果表明:阳离子型(季铵盐或铵盐)抗静电剂用量要求小,漆膜不黄变、光泽保持性高、不影响涂料的耐盐水性能,对涂料贮存性影响小,在降低电阻率方面取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: Application of different types of anti-static agents in electrostatic spray coatings system was compared. Its influence on resistivity, coating viscosity, film gloss, ete. on the electrostatic spraying coatings systems was discussed. The results showed that cationic(quaternary ammonium salt or ammonium salt) anti-static agent only needed a small dosage and could provide, good fastness to yellowing, high gloss retention, and no influence on salt solution resistant, little influence on se lement and good effect on reducing the resistivity.
