摘要: 以二丙烯酸酯或三丙烯酸酯与二乙醇胺经 Michael加成制得氨基改性丙烯酸酯,进而与氟硼酸反应制备出 3种可 UV固化的季铵盐。所得产物经1HNMR和 FTIR分析表征合成的季铵盐单体为低黏度液体,所得季铵盐经复配后光固化速度快,固化膜具有优良的抗静电性及耐擦洗性。探讨了复配胶的组成对固化膜的抗静电性、硬度及附着力的影响。

Abstract: Three Uv-curable quaternary ammonium salt monomers were synthesized from the reaction of tetrafluoroboric acid and amine modified acrylates, which were prepared by Michael addition of diacrylate or triacrylate with diethanolamine. The structure of products was characterized by H-NMR and FT-IR. The obtained quaternary ammonium salt monomers are of low viscous liquid. The mixture of those monomers with additives could be cured quickly to give a film with excellent antistatic property and washability.
