摘要: 根据工程机械面漆涂装工艺的要求,选择了 4 种不同玻璃化温度的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂制备水性聚氨酯面漆,通过对其干燥时间、干燥过程中的起泡情况、耐候性及其他物理化学性能的研究,发现该 4 种丙烯酸树脂配成的涂料均不能从整体上满足工程机械面漆的性能要求。得出涂料整体性能最优,满足工程机械面漆的各项性能要求时树脂的最佳配比。

Abstract: According to the requirements of coating process for engineering machinery, four types of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin with different glass transition temperature were provided to prepare the waterborne polyurethane topcoat. The drying time, blister in the curing process of wet film, weather resistance and other physical and chemical properties of the pre-pared topcoat were investigated. It is revealed that none of the four topcoats met the require- ment of coating on engineering machinery in terms of overall performance. When the resin A and resin B were blended at a ratio of 7: 3, the comprehensive performanc of the coating could be optimized for engineering machinery.
