摘要: 玻纤增强聚氨酯型材由于其环保性、绝缘性、保温性和性价比优异,逐步取代传统的铝合金型材,被应用在光伏边框、门窗边框上。采用羟基丙烯酸分散体、异氰酸酯固化剂为主要原材料,搭配颜填料、功能助剂配制出的水性双组分聚氨酯涂层,在各厂家生产的玻纤增强聚氨酯环保型材上具备优异的附着力及物化性能,符合多种环境对型材涂层的性能要求。本文探讨了固化剂类型、分散体类型、 pH等因素对水性双组分聚氨酯涂料活化期、耐水性等性能的影响。结果表明,水性双组分聚氨酯涂层是较适合应用在环保型材上的涂层体系。

Abstract: Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane profiles have gradually replaced traditional aluminum alloy profiles and are used in photovoltaic borders and door and window borders because of its environmental protection,insulation,heat preservation and excellent cost performance. The waterborne two-component polyurethane coating,which was prepared with hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and isocyanate curing agent as the main raw materials,combined with facial fillers and functional additives,exhibited excellent adhesion and resistance on the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane environmental profiles produced by various manufacturers,and met the performance requirements of profile coatings in various environments. In this paper,the effects of curing agent type,dispersion type,pH value,and other factors on the pot life and water resistance of waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings were discussed. The results showed that the waterborne two-component polyurethane coating was the most suitable coating system for environmentally friendly profiles.
