摘要: 合成了核壳结构的叔丙乳液,考察了环保型阴离子和非离子乳化剂的种类、用量、配比以 及甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物铵盐用量对乳液稳定性的影响。 采用激光粒度仪 (DLS)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、透射电镜(TEM)等对乳液进行了测试及表征。 结果表明:乳胶 粒子呈现明显的核壳结构;选用阴离子乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠( PCA078) 和非离子乳化剂 伯醇聚氧乙烯醚(EH-40),且两者质量比为 1 ∶3,复合乳化剂用量为单体总量的 2.2%,MAA 的用量为 单体总量的 3%,保护胶体苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物铵盐用量为单体总量的 4%时,乳液稳定性最佳

Abstract: The formulation system of the core-shell versatate-acrylic emulsion was designed. The effects of the types and ratio of environment friendly emulsifiers as well as the amount of methacrylic acid and styrene-m anhydride ammonium salt on the stability of the core-shell versatate-acrylate emulsion were investigated. The structure of prepared emulsion was characterized by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The test results shows emulsion particle appears obvious core-shell structure. The core-shell versatate-acrylic emulsion has the best stability when using sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (PCA078, an environment friendly anionic emulsifier) and primary alcohol polyoxyethyle ether(EH-40, a non-ionic emulsifier)at the mass ratio of 1: 3, and when taking the hybrid emulsifier 2. 2%, MAA 3% and styrenemaleic anhydride copolymer ammonium salt 4% based on the total weight of monomers.
