木器漆用丙烯酸酯乳液抗回黏性的研究

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,分别以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺-己二酰肼(DAAM-ADH)和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为交联单体,通过乳胶粒子结构设计,利用乳液聚合法合成了一系列自交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,采用热压法研究了各种交联单体对涂膜抗回黏性的影响。结果表明:A-171和DAAM-ADH交联体系对涂膜抗回黏性具有较好的帮助,且DAAM-ADH交联体系对涂膜硬度提高明显,TMPTA对抗回黏性提高最弱。将3种交联体同时引入到树脂体系中,所制备的树脂具有较好的抗回黏性,同时具有低的MFT和高的Tg,硬度达到2H,可以很好地应用于水性木器清面漆中。

Abstract: A series of self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion were synthesized from MMA and BA as main monomers and silicone A-171, DAAM-ADH and TMPTA as cross-linking monomers, of which the latex particle structure was designed by emulsion polymerization method.The hot pressing method was employed to study the effects of three cross-linking monomers on block resistance of late film. The results showed that the block resistance was improved significantly when A-171 and DAAM-ADH be used and the effect of TMPTA on block resistance was the weakest. Furthermore, the film hardness was raised obviously via the DAAM-ADH system. Three cross-linking monomers were incorporated into the resin system to form modified resins showing good block resistance, low MFT, high Tg and high hardness 2H, applicable to waterborne wood coatings.
