摘要: 以含氟丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物质,配以功能性助剂,研制出一种环境友好型水性氟碳涂料,对其性能进行了测试,并研究了其对混凝土的防护作用。 结果表明,所研制的水性氟碳涂料有效降低了混凝土的吸水率,大大提高了混凝土的防腐性和耐候性,可对混凝土起到长久保护作用。

Abstract: A waterborne fluorocarbon coating system was prepared from fluorine-containing acrylate emulsion as film-forming material together with functional additives. Its properties were tested The protective effect of waterborne fluorocarbon coating system on concrete substrate was studied. The results showed that the waterborne fluorocarbon coating system effectively enabled the concrete substrate to reduce water absorption and to significantly improve corrosion resistance and weatherability providing a long-term protection for concrete.
