摘要: 采用丙烯酸酯类单体与叔碳酸乙烯酯单体共聚,用乳化剂稳定技术制备了一种小粒径的叔丙乳液(叔碳酸乙烯酯/ 丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液),研究了单体组成、功能单体、养护条件等因素对涂膜耐水白性能的影响。 量化表征水白性能方法测试表明:叔丙体系耐水白性能优于纯丙体系;当有机硅含量为单体总量的 1%,交联单体含量为单体总量的1.5%时,涂膜耐水白性能最好;另外,疏水单体含量越高,养护时间越长或温度越高,耐水白性能越好。

Abstract: Vinyl versatate and acrylate monomer are copolymerized to give vinyl versatateacrylate copolymer emulsion ( Veocryl with fine particle size by using surfactant stabilizing technology. The influence of monomer composition functional monomers and curing conditions, etc. on water-whitening resistance is described. The (o\ conclusions can be drawn: the Veocryl system provides a better water-whitening resistance as compared to pure a-crylic. The best water-whitening resistance can be reached when silicone and cross-linker contents are respectively 1% and 1. 5% based on total monomers. The water-whitening resistance is improved with higher amount of hydrophobic monomers, longer curing time or higher curing temperature.
