多层核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径控制

摘要: 研究了加料工艺、引发剂体系、乳化剂用量及复配比、聚合温度等因素对多层核壳结构乳胶粒子粒径的影响,采用连续滴加单体的加料工艺,选用复配乳化剂体系,在较低的乳化剂用量条件下,使用高效低温引发剂,在 50 ℃ 引发聚合,合成了固含量为 42%,平均粒径为 64.9nm,窄分布的具有多层核壳结构的聚丙烯酸酯乳液。

Abstract: Influence of monomer-feeding method, initiator type, dosage of composite emulsifier and polymerization temperature etc. on particle size of the core-shell emulsior! particles was investigated. Thus, an acrylate emulsion with multi-layer core-shell structure having solid content 42% and average particle size 64. 9 nm with narrow distribution was synthesized at 50 ℃ by using continuous feeding technique a composite emulsifier at low concentration, and a high-efficient initiator at low reaction temperature.
