摘要: 通过化学改性制备了一种性能优异的阳离子型环氧树脂乳液,对该乳液合成工艺进行了探讨,并研究了影响乳液及涂膜性能的因素。结果表明:采用环氧树脂 E-51为原料制备的环氧树脂乳液稳定性好,分散相粒径为0.1~0.3μm,适用期为 4h,涂膜透明,硬度 2H~3H,综合性能优良。

Abstract: A high performance cationic epoxy resin emulsion was prepared via chemical modification. The optimum synthesis process, emulsion properties and film performances were studied. The experiment results showed that epoxy resin emulsion prepared with epoxy resin E-51 showed good stability and excellent performances, in which the dispersed phase particle size was 0. 1~0. 3 μm, pot life was 4 h, film was transparent and hardness was 2H~3H emulsifying: emulsion stability i waterbase resin.
