摘要: 为了系统讨论气相法氧化铝对粉末涂料的影响,研究了气相法氧化铝的比表面积和添加量对粉末涂料性能的影响,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪( EDS)和金相显微镜观察了氧化铝在体系中的分散状态和漆膜的表面微观形貌,测试了粉末流速、光泽、粗糙度等性能指标,并对气相法氧化铝提升粉末涂料上粉率、耐磨性的机理进行了分析。结果表明:气相法氧化铝在粉末涂料中存在影响漆膜上粉率、机械性能的添加量阈值,该值受气相法氧化铝比表面积的影响。粉末涂料用气相法氧化铝比表面积应高于 70 m2/g,不同添加量对粉末涂料的影响不同,低添加量( 0. 1%)主要表现为提升粉末带电性能,中添加量( 0. 3%)主要表现为提升粉末涂料流动性,高添加量( 0. 6%)下氧化铝表现为减弱静电屏蔽效应,提升漆膜强度。

Abstract: In order to systematically explore the effects of fumed alumina on powder coatings,the effects of different specific areas and addition amounts of fumed alumina on the properties of the powder coatings were investigated. The dispersion state of alumina as well as the surface micro-morphology were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and metallographic microscopy. The properties such as powder flow rate,glossiness and roughness of powder coatings were examined,and the mechanism of fumed alumina to enhance the powder coating loading rate and wear resistance was also studied. The results indicated that there existed an addition threshold of fumed alumina to affect the powder coating loading rate and mechanical properties,which was influenced by the specific surface area of fumed alumina. The specific area of fumed alumina should be greater than 70 m2/g and the different addition amount had the different effect on powder coatings. A low addition amount(0. 1%)could increase surface charges performance,a medium addition amount(0. 3%) increased fluidity and a high addition amount(0. 6%) introduced decreased electrostatic shelding effect and greater wear resistance.
