乳胶漆耐药污染菌的分离、鉴定与防治

摘要: 从不同乳胶漆及乳液生产商变质乳胶漆、腻子和乳液,生产设备(管道、过滤机、贮罐等)中存留的半成品、成品,生产用水及设备冲洗残留水等样品中分离并鉴定出对异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂耐药性较强的假单胞菌(Pseudomonas),通过进一步对不同化学成分和类型的杀菌剂最低抑制浓度(MIC)的对比试验与结果分析,探讨并提出了乳胶漆防腐保护中针对耐药腐败污染菌的防治措施。

Abstract: In this study, isothiazolinones-resistar Pseudomonas strains were isolated and identified from different matrices about latex paint manufacture, including latex paint commodity, spoilage latex paint, pury, emulsion, and semi-finished latex paint and finished latex paint remained in production facility (e. g, pipeline, filter and tank, etc. ) and production water and production facility flushing water The minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)for different components and combinations of antiseptic were determined and compared. The preventive measures that protect latex paint against contamination by isothiazole inonesresistance Pseudomonas strains were pointed out.
