摘要： 针对金邦板自动化喷涂时特殊的环境和基材对漆膜附着力的要求，在总结了普通乳胶漆体系和应用方面的局限性后，从底漆研发、面漆用乳液选择及增稠剂等几个主要方面着手，系统地介绍了用于金邦板自动化喷涂工艺的乳胶漆的研发过程，并辅以实际的实验生产数据和结果，研制出一套适合金邦板自动化喷涂用的乳胶漆体系，丰富了乳胶漆的应用市场。

Abstract: Considering of the special automatic spraying environment on Jinbang panels, requirements of the film adhesion as well as the limitations of conventional emulsion paint system and application, several key aspects, such as the primer, emulsion for topcoat and the thickener were investigated. The aim of this paper was to introduce the research work of a kind of emulsion paint used for automatic spraying system on Jinbang panel, together with the actual data and the results of the experiments Taking all factors into consideration, a suitable paint system for the automatic spraying on Jinbang panel was developed, which enriched the emulsion paint application market.
