电絮凝法处理乳胶漆废水

摘要: 采用电絮凝法处理乳胶漆废水,考察了初始水质、电流密度、极板间距、反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响,研究表明乳胶漆废水与生活污水体积比为1∶3、电流密度5 m A/cm2、极板间距为10 mm、反应时间6 min 时,处理效果最好。对化学需氧量(COD)去除率88.06%,悬浮物(SS)的去除率99.77%,可生化性(BOD/COD)由0.02提高到0.65,满足后续生化处理的要求。

Abstract: Emulsion paint wastewater has been treated by electrocoagulation method. The influence of the factors including initial wastewater, current density, electrocoagulation timeM Bolar plate distance, etc. on the treating efficiency is investigated. The results show that the Cod-removing rate is 88.06%, suspended solid-removing rate is 99.77%, biodegrad ability is increased from 0.02 to 0. 65, when the volume ratio of the emulsion paint wastewater to sewage is 1: 3, current density is 5 MA/cm, electrolysis time is 6 min, and the plate distance is 10 mm.
