摘要: 比较了几种小管径碳纳米管涂膜的透光率和方块电阻,筛选出适合制备透明导静电涂料的碳纳米管 TNM2。 研究了碳纳米管/ 聚氨酯树脂涂层在不同碳纳米管含量下的透光率、方块电阻和附着力。 成功制备了碳纳米管透明导静电涂料 TNTC,检测了其在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料上凹版印刷涂布后的和涂布后不同吸塑深度下的方块电阻,并做了扫描电镜(SEM)。结果表明:碳纳米管 TNM2 增强了涂层的延展性,在吸塑深度达 55 mm 时,涂层的导电网络仍然维持通达。

Abstract: A carbon nanotube (TNM2)for transparent electrostatic conductive coatings was selected by comparing the transmittance and sheet resistance of the films of several carbon nanotubes (CNTs )with fine particle size. The transmittance sheet resistance and adhesion of the film formed by mixing different dosage of CNTs with waterborne polyurethane dispersionwere investigated. The coatings(TNTC)based on TNM2 was prepared successfully. The sheet resistance of the film formed via gravure printing on the surface of polyethylene terephthalal (PET) and of the film on PET in different depths via thermoforming process. The structure of the film was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the TNM2 enhanced the ductility of the film, furthermore the conductive network of the film still functioned at the depth of the PET sheet via thermoforming process up to 55 mm.
