水玻璃涂料渗透深度的影响因素研究

Research on Factors Affecting Penetration Depth of Modified Water Glass Coatings

摘要: 基于溶液在非饱和孔隙结构中的毛细作用理论,涂料渗透深度主要受孔隙结构以及涂料的表面张力、接触角、黏度和作用时间等因素影响。 本文利用酚酞遇碱显色原理,研究了水玻璃涂料的表面张力与接触角、黏度以及涂刷量对其在水泥基复合材料中渗透深度的影响规律。 试验结果表明:添加表面活性剂降低水玻璃涂料的接触角,适当降低固含量以降低涂料黏度,或增加涂刷量均能提升涂料在水泥基复合材料表层的渗透深度。

Abstract: Based on the theory of capillary action, the penetration depth was affected by the pore structure, surface tension, contact angle, viscosity and time. The effect of surface tension, viscosity and coated weight on the penetration depth of modified water glass coatingson cement-based composite substrate was investigated via phenolphthalein color reaction method. The experimental results indicated that the penetration depth of the modified water glass coatings could be improved by means of decreasing contact angle and solid content and of increasing the coated weight of the coatings.
