摘要: 以水性环氧改性丙烯酸酯乳胶为成膜物质,以碳纳米管、导电硫酸钡为导电填料,并配合防腐蚀颜填料以及助剂,制备了具有优异机械性能、导静电性能以及防腐蚀性能的水性导静电涂料。重点讨论了导电填料的种类及用量、碳纳米管的纯化及改性、导电填料的复配对涂料性能的影响。 结果表明:当碳纳米管含量为 0.1%~0.2%、导电硫酸钡含量为 20%左右时,涂层的导静电性可满足要求,同时防腐蚀性能以及机械力学性能不受影响。

Abstract: Waterborne conductive coatings with excellent physical properties, conductivity and anticorrosive performance were prepared by using waterborne epoxy modified acrylate emulsion as binder, carbon nanotube and barium sulfate as conductive fillers, anticorrosive pigments and additives. The influence of different conductive fillers and its dosage, purification and modification of carbon nanotubes, and synergy of conductive fillers on properties of the prepared coatings was investigated. The results showed that the film based on the coatings comprising carbon nanotube 0. 1%~0. 2% and conductive barium sulfate 20% gave the desirable conductivity without sacrificing anticorrosi and physical properties.
