光固化单体甲基丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯的工艺研究

Study on the Synthesis Technology of Photocurable Monomer Methoxyethylmethacrylate

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸和乙二醇单甲醚为原料,活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,在带水剂、阻聚剂的作用下催化合成甲基丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、反应时间对酯化率的影响;最佳工艺条件为:醇与酸的物质的量比1.7∶1,催化剂用量为原料总质量(醇与酸的总和,下同)的3%,阻聚剂用量为原料总质量的0.15%,反应时间4 h。该工艺条件下酯化率达80.1%以上;同时建立了该酯化合成的表观动力学模型,得到相应的反应速率方程。

Abstract: Methoxyethyl methacrylate was synthesized by the reaction of methacrylic acid and ethyleneglycol monomethyl ether at the presence of activated carbon loaded with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, together with water-carrier and polymerization inhibitor.The effects of such factors as the ratio of raw materials, the amount of catalyst, the amount of polymerization inhibitor and reaction time on the esterification degree were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: n(MAA): n(EM)=1: 1.7, catalyst (3% of the total mass of the raw materials), polymerization inhibitor (0. 15% of the total mass of the raw materials), reaction time (4 h). The esterification degree was up to 80. 1% under such process conditions and the apparent kinetics model was established.
