摘要: 光触媒空气净化漆是一种新型水性功能涂料,能够主动分解空气中的有机污染物。本研究在实验室配方研发的基础上,阐述如何开展中试研究,以及工程应用效果等内容。具体包括生产工艺优化、设备选型、厂房设计、产品结构设计、工程案例等,结果表明:通过中试所形成的光触媒空气净化产品,各项性能指标优于国家标准的要求,空气净化效果明显,工程应用反映良好。

Abstract: The novel photocatalyst waterborne coatings have been wildly studied as an effective method for indoor air purification In this work, the pilot trial process and engineering application of high performance photocatalyst coatings based on experimental formula were described, including production optimization equipment selection, plant design, product design and engineering cases, etc. The result indicated that the obtained photocatalyst coatings via pilot trial process showed its properties better than China national standards, gave good efficiency of air purification, and is recognized well as applied in engineering projects.
