水性漆在工程机械涂装工艺设计中的应用分析

摘要: 论述了工程机械涂装行业水性漆的应用现状,并用实例分析水性漆在工程机械涂装工艺设计中的工艺要点、配套设备要求及与粉末涂料涂装的对比优势,表明水性漆涂装是未来工程机械涂装行业最优的发展方向之一。 目前适合工程机械产品的水性漆还处于研发和初期应用阶段,相比溶剂型漆,其在涂装设备投资及涂装产品的漆膜质量方面还有一定差距,特别是工件表面漆膜的光泽和丰满度与溶剂型漆相比还存在不足,但其低廉的使用成本及对环境无污染的特点符合涂料发展的方向,特别是随着国家新环保法的实施,日益严格的环保法规也将推进水性漆成为工程机械涂装的主流技术。

Abstract: This paper discusses the present situation of waterborne paint and its application in engineering machinery, and takes some specific applications to analysis the key point of orocess, requirement of the supporting equipment and the advantage outdoing the powder coatings, indicating that the waterborne coating technology is expected to be the optimal coating technology for engineering machinery. At present, e waterborne paint for engineering machinery is still in the early research and development phase. As compared to the solvent-based paint, the waterborne paint requires higher investment in coating equipment while results in lower perfomance of the cured film, especially in terms of film gloss and build.However,its low cost of utility and good compliance with environment feature the development of coatings, in particular, the waterborne coating process will be used as the mainstream technology for engineering machinery as the increasingly stringent environmental protection laws come into force.
