摘要: 本研究对电加热导热油系统如何提高热效率进行了讨论,通过采用带有蓄热段的连体双膨胀槽的设计方案,避免了冷油进入热油系统需要加热,而热油进入冷油系统需要冷却的问题,热效率得到较大的提高。阐述了安全设计对导热油加热系统稳定运行的重要性。

Abstract: The thermal efficiency of electrical heating system with heat-transfe oil heating system is discussed. a design scheme of conjoined double expansion slots with heat storage segment is used to solve the problem that the cold oil needs heating treatment when it gets into the hot oil system, and the hot oil needs cooling treatment when it gets into the cold oil system as well. Thus, the thermal efficiency is greatly improved. Moreover, the importance of safety design for the stable operation of the heating system with heat-transfer oil is described.
