室内空气净化涂料净化性能评价方法的发展现状及趋势

Current status and Trends of Performance Evaluation Method of Air-Purifying Indoor Coatings

摘要: 将国内室内空气净化涂料按用途和材质分为内墙乳胶漆、硅藻泥涂料和木器涂料。 分析了目前室内空气净化涂料的主要作用机理,并结合国内外空气净化涂料的净化性能评价标准现状,对国内现行标准方法的优缺点进行了对比。 针对现行方法的不足,提出建立可以区分彻底消除污染物及物理吸附污染物的测试方法、建立模拟室内居住环境的动态测试方法、建立适用于更多污染物的净化性能的评价方法以及建立模拟涂料长时间使用情况下对污染物净化性能的评价方法将是未来的趋势。

Abstract: In this paper, the air-purifying indoor coatings are classified as interior wall latex, diatomite-based coating and wood coatings according to their material and functionality.The mechanism of air-purifying indoor coatings is summarized herein, then the comparative analysis of current standard methods are made based on the current status of domestic and international evaluation method of air-purityin materials. In view of the shortage of the current standards, the future trends of performance evaluation are proposed as establishing a method of identifying the elimination or physical adsorption of pollutants, in addition, establishing a method of simulating the dynamic test of indoor environment, a method of evaluating purification perormance of various pollutants and a method of evaluating the long-term purification properties of air-purifying indoor coatings.
