摘要： 基于水性漆与溶剂型油漆的差异，介绍了水性中涂、水性色漆喷漆室、中涂烘房、色漆闪干烘房、输调漆系统、喷涂机器人等设备在工艺方面的特殊要求，并详细介绍了水性漆在一新建油漆车间项目上的实际应用状况，为汽车涂装线水性漆的规划、投产、管理维护等提供相关参考信息。

Abstract: Base on the difference of waterborne paint and solventborne paint, the special process requirement for waterborne paints, such as intercoat, spraying booth, primer coat oven, base coat flash oven,paint supply system and painting robot, etc. were introduced. Especially, the practical application of waterborne paint in a new painting plant project was described, to provide information about layout, launch, and management of waterborne painting line.
