有机硅改性水性硝化纤维乳液的研究

Preparation and Properties of Silicone Modified Waterborne Nitrocellulose Emulsion

摘要: 以甲基硅油对水性硝化纤维(WNC)进行改性,制备了改性水性硝化纤维乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、粒径分析和热重分析(TGA)等测试手段,研究了 IPDI三聚体(Tri-IPDI)、甲基硅油的含量对 WNC乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当 n(Tri-IPDI)∶n(NC)为0.50左右,w(甲基硅油)=7%时,乳液贮存稳定性良好,涂膜的耐水性、表面疏水性和热稳定性较未改性乳液涂膜都得到提高。

Abstract: A waterborne nitrocellulose (WNC)was synthesized by self-emulsified with nitrocellulose(NC), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), isophorone diisocyanate trimer( Tri-IPDI) and methyl silicone oil as the main raw materials. Effects of the content of methyl silicone oil and IPDI on the properties of the emulsion and coating thereof were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), particle size analyzer and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), etc. The results showed that the stability of the obtained emulsion was good and the water resistance, surface hydrophobicit, and thermal properties of the coating were significantly improved when the addition of methyl silicone oil was 7% and the mole ratio of Tri-IPDI to NC was 0.50.
