摘要: 先以亚麻油(L.O.)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)为主要原料,采用醇解法合成了端羟基醇酸树脂预聚物,再与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等原料反应合成了 TDI改性的水性醇酸树脂分散体(WAR)。探讨了醇酸树脂预聚物的油度、酸值、DMPA含量、R值[n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]等因素对分散体的外观、黏度、粒径及涂膜的硬度、柔韧性、光泽等性能的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)表征了产物的结构。采用热重分析(TG)研究了 R值对涂膜耐热性的影响。研究结果表明:当水性醇酸树脂的油度为 40%~45%,酸值为 7~10mgKOH/g,DMPA含量为 7%,R值为 1.4时,所得涂膜的硬度、光泽、稳定性等性能最佳。

Abstract: A terminal hydroxyl alkyd resin prepolymer was firstly synthesized by using linseed oil, trimethylolpropane (TMP)and phthalic anhydride (PA), and then reacted with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) to obtaina TDI modified waterborne alkyd resin dispersion (WAR). The influences of the oil length and the acid value of alkyd resin prepolymer, DMPA content, n(-NCO)/n( -OH)on the appearance, viscosity,and particle size of dispersion, meanwhile the hardness, flexibility and gloss properties of the film were discussed. The structure of the product was characterized by the Fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR). Effects of n(-NCO)/n(-OH)on the heat resistance of the film was studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TG) The results showed that when the oil length,acid value,DMPA content, n(-NCO)/n( -OH)were 40%~45%, 7-10 mgKOH/g, 7% and1.4 respectively, the resin gave excellent hardness, gloss and stability.
