摘要: 将萜烯基环氧树脂(TME)与漆酚基缩水甘油醚(UDE)进行亲水化、羟基化改性,合成了一系列漆酚改性萜烯基多元醇乳液,并将其与多异氰酸酯(D80)交联制备了改性水性聚氨酯膜。 研究了 TME 与 UDE 的质量比对多元醇乳液的稳定性、黏度及粒径分布的影响;测试了涂膜的热稳定性、力学性能及接触角。 结果表明:TME 与 UDE 的环氧基全部与羟基反应,合成了漆酚改性萜烯基多元醇,且当 TME 与 UDE 质量比为 1 ∶1时,漆酚改性萜烯基多元醇乳液的性能最好;随着 TME 与 UDE 质量比的减小,涂膜的拉伸强度减小,热稳定性提高;涂膜的疏水性随着 TME 与 UDE 质量比的减小显著增强,当 TME 与 UDE 质量比由 1 ∶0降低至 0 ∶1时,涂膜的水接触角由 55.58°提高到 90.54°。

Abstract: A series of terpene-based polyol emulsions modified by urushiol were prepared from terpinene-maleic ester type epoxy resin (TME) and urushiol diglycidyl ether (UDE).Then waterbome polyurethane films were obtained by mixing the terpene-based polyols modified by urushiol with polyisocyanate(D80).The effect of mass ratio of TME and UDE on the emulsion stability, viscosity and particle size distribution was investigated. The thermal stability, mechanical properties and contact angle of the films were also determined. The results showed that the epoxy group of TME and UDE reacted with hydroxyl group completely and terpene-based polyols modified by urushiol were successfully synthesized. The emulsion property of terpene-based polyols modified by urushiol was the best when m(TME):m(UDE)is 1: 1. It was found that the tensile strength of the films modified by urushiol decreased and the thermal stability increased with the decrease of the mass ratio of TME and UDE. Besides,the hydrophobicity of the films had a significant improvement when decreasing the mass ratio of TME and UDE. The water contact angle of polyurethane films modified by urushiol increased from 55. 58° to 90.54° when the mass ratio of TME and UDE decreased from 1: 0 to 0: 1.
