摘要: 用分步缩合聚合法合成了不同结晶度的聚酯树脂,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对不同结晶度聚酯进行了表征,并利用改性测高法测定了不同结晶度聚酯树脂在熔融状态下对颜填料的润湿性,同时通过研究不同结晶度聚酯在粉末涂料中表现出的表观性能,进而探讨了结晶聚酯在热结晶过程中即低于熔融温度下的结晶过程在粉末涂料中对颜填料的润湿分散性影响,得出结晶聚酯不影响粉末涂料的挤出混合效果,但在颜填料添加量大时,会影响涂膜的表观性能。

Abstract: This paper has described the synthesis of polyester resins with different crystallinty by two step condensation polymerization, which were characterized by using DsC, and the determination of the wettability of polyester resin with different crystallinity on pigments and fillers in the molten state using the modified altimetry. Through study on the apparent properties of polyester resins with different crystallinity in powder coatings, the influence of thermal crystallization process of crystalloid polyester, i. e. below the melting temperature, on wettability and dispersibility of pigments and fillers in powder coating. It was concluded that the application of crystalline polyester in powder coating would not affect mixing effect during extrusion but affect the apparent properties of the coating film when large amount of pigments and fillers were added.
