含半结晶聚酯的TGIC型粉末涂料的耐老化性能研究

摘要: 合成了半结晶型聚酯树脂和无定形聚酯树脂,并以其分别制备了粉末涂料。通过人工加速老化、衰减全反射红外和扫描电镜表征了半结晶和无定形2类聚酯粉末涂层的耐老化性能,发现半结晶聚酯粉末涂料的耐老化性能不如无定形聚酯粉末涂料。

Abstract: The semi-crystal and amorphous polyester resins were synthesized, which were further used respectively to prepare TGIC-curing powder coatings. The anti-aging property of the said powder coatings was characterized by the artificial accelerated aging tester, ATR-FTIR and SEM. It was found that the anti-aging property of semi-crystal polyester powder coatings was inferior to that of the amorphous powder coatings.
