摘要： 介绍了洒点美术漆的组成、施工工艺、喷涂设备及其施工参数,对比分析了洒点美术漆工艺与满刮腻子工艺在工程机械行业的应用。相比满刮腻子工艺,洒点美术漆工艺能够节省涂装成本,满足工程机械的涂装要求,可以在工程机械行业推广应用。

Abstract: The paper described the drop pattern paint technology which includes the composition, the aplication technology, spraying equipment and application parameters. The application of drop pattern paint process and full - technology in engineering machinery industry was compared and analyzed in this article. Compared with the full -putty scraping process, the drop pattern paint can reduce the painting cost and meet the requirements of engineering machinery, and it will have more applications in engineering machinery industry.
