摘要： 介绍了水性涂料在轨道客车上的应用阐述了水性涂料体系、工艺流程、技术要求、施工特点、涂膜性能等。通过与溶剂型涂料对比,并根据水性涂料本身的特点,总结了水性涂料施工过程中的特点,为国内轨道客车使用水性涂料体系涂装提供参考依据。

Abstract: This paper brifely described the application of waterborne coatings in rail passenger cars, including the selection of waterborne coating system, technological process, technical requirements, spraying techniques property of coating film, etc. Based on the characteristics of waterborne paint and the comparison with the solvent-based coating, the characteristics of the application process of waterborne coatings, Ihich balanced the lack of application experience of waterborne coatings system for rail passenger car. It not only provided certain guide significance on the application technology of waterborne coatings.
