摘要： 通过对转化膜前处理工艺、紧凑型水性面漆工艺的论述与分析，探讨了紧凑型涂装工艺设计需要注意的问题，为国内汽车自主生产企业推广应用紧凑型涂装工艺提供了依据，以不断提高国内汽车涂装生产线的自主设计水平，推动实现绿色涂装工厂的目标。

Abstract: Some attention matters during the design of compact coating process have been discussed via analysis and review of conversion coating pretreatment process and waterborne topcoat compact coating process, which provide referential factors to the domestic automobile manufacturers who might use the compact coating process, with the purpose of improving the design level of automotive coating lines in China, and of achieving environmental friendly coating lines as well.
