摘要: 研制了一种家电板用贴PET薄膜白色聚酯面漆,重点探讨了基料树脂、固化剂、颜基比及涂装工艺对ECM板(贴PET膜的家电板)性能的影响。结果表明:基料树脂的相对分子质量、羟值和玻璃化温度(T_g)对ECM板综合性能影响较大;封闭型聚氨酯、高亚氨基高甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂R-717、全甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂Cymel 303和丁醚化脲醛氨基树脂521均可作为ECM板面漆用固化剂。当选择T_g为22℃的ES900为基料树脂,采用全醚化Cymel 303固化剂时得到的涂层各项性能最优。当颜基比为1∶1,板温控制在224~241℃,膜厚控制在16μm时,覆PET膜前涂层铅笔硬度为2H、耐丁酮擦拭为80次;覆PET膜后的板面平整,杯突后板面涂层和PET膜未鼓泡脱落,ECM板整体性能可达到客户实际使用要求。

Abstract: A white polyester topcoat for lamination of PET film for household appliances was prepared. The effects of polyester resin, curing agent, pigment/binder ratio and coating process on the properties of the ECM board were studied. The experimental results showed that the relative molecular mass, hydroxyl value and T. of polyester resin had great influence on the comprehensive performance of ECM board. The commercial blocked polyurethanes, high imino methylated melamine resin R-717, the methyl etherified melamine resin Cymel 303 and butylated urea formaldehyde resin 521 could be used as curing agents for the topcoat of ECM board. The coating showed the optimal properties when the polyester resin E:S900 having T, of 22℃ was chosen as binder and Cymel 303 was chosen as curing agent. When the pigment/binder ratio was 1: 1. the board temperature was controlled at 224-241℃, the thickness of topcoat was controlled at16 um, the pencil hardness was 2H, MEK resistance was 80 times before PET film was laminated,ECM board has smooth surface after PET film was laminated. furthermore the coating and PET film had no blister and peeling after cupping test of ECM board.The overall performance of the ECM board could meet the actual requirements of the customers.
