The Preparation of Acrylic Anodic Electrophoretic Coatings and Electrophoretic Finishing Technology

摘要: 制备了一种新型水溶性丙烯酸阳极电泳涂料,研究了 45#碳钢磷化膜、电泳涂装工艺对漆膜性能的影响,结果表明:涂料黏稠透明,易溶于水,漆膜质量好,外观平整光亮。磷化膜能增加漆膜的附着力、厚度和硬度,最佳中温磷化时间为 6min。电泳涂装最佳工艺参数为:电泳电压 30V,电泳温度 25℃,电泳时间 90s,极间距为 4cm。

Abstract: A new water soluble acrylic anodic electrophoretic coating was prepared. The influences of 45# steel's phosphate coating and electrophoretic technology parameters on the performances of coatings film were studied. The results showed that the transparent film was featured by its good quality and smooth & lustrous appearance. Phosphate coating can enhance the adhesion, thickness and hardness of coatings film. The best mild-phosphating time was 6 min. The optimum electrophoretic technology parameters were voltage 30 V, 25℃,90 s and a distance of 4 cm between cathode and anode.
