室温交联型氨基硅油-丙烯酸树脂复合乳液的制备及涂膜性能

Preparation of Ambient Temperature Self-Crosslinkable Amino-Modified Silicone Oil-Acrylic Resin Composite Emulsion and Its Film Performances

摘要: 将功能单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)引入丙烯酸树脂分子链中,在制备的丙烯酸树脂乳液中添加氨基硅油作为交联剂,形成室温自交联型硅丙树脂复合乳液。FT-IR证实了氨基硅油与AAEM之间交联反应的发生;通过测试涂膜吸水率、溶胀率、Tg、抗张强度及断裂伸长率等,考察了AAEM-氨基硅油交联体系对乳液涂膜基本性能的影响。实验结果表明:氨基硅油的引入和相互交联网络的形成,提升了涂膜物理性能,可使涂膜具有更好的柔韧性和丰满度。

Abstract: Functional monomer acetyl acetyethyl methacrylate ( AAEM) was introduced into acrylic polymer molecules via emulsion copolymerization to form acrylic resin emulsions, into which amino silicone oil latexes were added as crosslinker, formulating the ambient temperature self-crosslinkable amino silicone oil-acrylic resin composite emulsion. FT-IR spectra con firmed the existing of crosslinking reaction had emerged in the composite film. Effects of the AAEM-amino silicone oil systems on the performances of the composite films were valued by water absorption, swelling experiments, glass-transition temperature(Tg ) and mechanical properties analysis. The results indicated that the incorporation of amino-modifie silicone oil latexes and crosslinking reaction improved the mechanical properties of the composite films, as well as the flexibility and fullness of the film.
