摘要: 采用自由基溶液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)、苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等单体合成了丙烯酸阴极电泳涂料用树脂。研究了乳液状态、涂膜外观及性能等,实验结果表明:GMA用量为14%,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,可制得稳定的乳液,pH在5.0左右;与自制水性颜料浆配套使用,可得到平整光滑的涂膜,其附着力为0级,20°光泽可达80以上,耐盐雾超过200 h,人工加速老化超过800 h(保光率≥70%),具有优异的耐候性与装饰性。

Abstract: This paper described the synthesis of emulsion for two -coponemt acrylic cathodic electrodeposition coating composition via free-radical solution polymerization by using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA), styrene(St), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA),etc.as monomers. The state of emulsion, the surface appearance and other properties of the electrodeposition primer films were also studied The results indicated that the emusion was stable and the prepared coatings formulae with homemade waterborne pigment paste exhibited an uniform and homogeneous surface with the adhesion of grade 0, gloss over 80, salt spray over 200 hours, accelerated weathering test over 800 hours (gloss retention remains 70%), when the amount of GM was 14%, azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) was used as initiator, and the pH value of the emulsion was about 5.0. Above all, the coatings showed an excellent weatherability and decorative property.
