摘要: 开发了一种防腐性能优异、对车间底漆和辅助阴极保护兼容性好、通用性强可作为船舶防腐通用底漆的厚浆型环氧铝粉漆。通过一系列试验对铝粉浆的类型、用量及固化剂进行了筛选,综合平衡漆膜物理机械性能、防腐性能及成本等多方面的因素,确定厚浆型环氧铝粉漆配方。厚浆型环氧铝粉漆的耐阴极剥离试验、与车间底漆的配套性测试、耐原油浸泡测试结果均达到标准中技术指标的要求。

Abstract: A kind of high build epoxy aluminum powder paint as a universal primer for ships has been developed, which showed excellent corrosion resistance and good compatibility with shop primer and ancillary cathodic protection. A series of experiments have been conducted on the selection of types and dosage of aluminum powder and curing agent. And the formulation was finalized by balancing the mechanical and corrosion resistant performance of paint film and cost, etc. The performance tests results including cathodic disbonding resistance, compatibility with shop primer and oil immersion met the technical specification of standards.
