摘要: 为了研究自制咪唑溴盐离子液体缓蚀剂及氧化石墨烯对环氧磷酸锌防腐涂料综合性能的影响,向环氧磷酸锌底漆中引入咪唑溴盐离子液体缓蚀剂、氧化石墨烯及其复配体系,表征涂层表面形貌和元素分布,考察涂层力学性能和防腐性能。结果表明:加咪唑溴盐、氧化石墨烯及其复配体系能够不同程度地增强涂层的柔韧性和拉伸强度等力学性能;电化学腐蚀试验中, 2种组分复配加入后,涂层的自腐蚀电流密度变小,防腐性能有效提高;盐雾试验中, 2种组分复配更有利于改善涂层耐盐雾性能。

Abstract: In order to further investigate the effects of the self-made ionic liquid corrosion inhibitor and graphene oxide on the comprehensive properties of epoxy zinc phosphate anticorrosive coatings,the effects of introducing imidazole bromide ionic liquid corrosion inhibitor,graphene oxide,and their combination system into epoxy zinc phosphateprimers on coating performance were explored. The results demonstrated that incorporatingimidazolium bromide,graphene oxide,and their composite system could enhance the mechanical properties of the coating in different degrees,such as flexibility and tensilestrength. After the addition of the two trace components combination,the corrosion current of the coating decreased,the corrosion resistance was effectively improved and the salt sprayresistance was also raised.
