摘要: 将乙烯基硅油/聚脲甲醛微胶囊按一定比例添加到环氧改性有机硅涂料中,制备了在紫外光辐照下可自修复的有机硅涂层材料。考察了涂料的自修复过程以及固化后涂层断面形貌,以及微胶囊的含量对涂层常规性能、自修复性能、电化学性能以及热性能的影响。结果表明:制备的有机硅涂料具有良好的自修复性能,随着微胶囊含量的增加,涂层的电化学阻抗值增大,软化温度下降。

Abstract: A silicone coating material that could be self-healing under ultraviolet irradiation was prepared by adding vinyl silicone oil/poly(urea-formaldehyde )microcapsules to an epoxy-modified silicone coating at a certain proportion. The self-healing curing process and the cross section morphology of the coating were inestigated. Effects of the content of the microcapsules on general performances, self-healing behavior, electrochemical properties and thermal properties of the coating were discussed. Results showed that the obtained silicone coating possessed good self-healing performance. When increasing the content of the microcapsules, the electrochemical impedance value of the coating was increased and the softening temperature was decreased. This research provided some implication value for the development and application of self-healing coatings.
