摘要: AP1000核电站是第三代核电技术,M310核电站是二代加核电技术,其各个部位都需要涂层进行防护。由于堆型的不同,对涂层的要求也不尽相同。本研究将M310和AP1000这2种堆型核电站用涂料的性能指标进行对比,由于AP1000核电站为美国西屋公司的技术,技术条件在不断变化和升版,其AP1000核电站用涂料的技术条件也在不断变化,最终以升版后的技术条件为准。

Abstract: AP1000 nuclear power plant is the third generation nuclear technology and M310 nuclear power plant is the second 'generation nuclear technology. And all the structure parts of the plants need to be protected by protective coatings. For different types of nuclear reactors, the requirement for coatings are not the same. In this paper, the techinical specification of coatings used in AP1000 and M310 nuclear power plants were compared. Since AP1000 nuclear power plant was imported technology from Westinghouse Corporation, US, in which the technical requirement were changing and upgrading freguently, so as the technical specification for protective coatings. Therefore the final upgraded version of the technical specification will be used as the criterion.
