摘要: 通过分析核电站数字化控制系统(DigitalControlSystem,DCS)安全级机柜的防腐要求,指出了核电站安全级机柜防腐涂层的设计依据,介绍了机柜防腐的涂层体系、防腐涂层的设计方案以及防腐涂层施工要求和方法。在实验验证中,机柜防腐涂层的实验数据满足相关标准的要求,说明了 DCS安全级机柜防腐涂层的设计方案及其涂层施工工艺的可行性和可靠性,表明了核电站 DCS安全级机柜防腐涂层的研究和探索取得满意的效果,并由此总结出了核电站 DCS机柜防腐涂层的技术规范。

Abstract: The anticorrosion requirement for DCS safety cabinet in nuclear power plant was analysed in this paper, which was used as the main coating design reference of safety cabinet. The coating system, and application requirements were described. The test data satisfied the requirements of the standard, which proved the feasibility and reliability of design of coatings system and applicalion technology.The research and study in anticorrosion have got satisfactory achievements for DCS safety cabinets in nuclear power plant. And some technical specifications in anticorrosion coating for DCS safety cabinets in nuclear power plant were summarized.
