摘要: 无机富锌涂层具有优良的防腐性能,在现代重防腐工程中被广泛使用。然而其施工条件要求苛刻,施工稳定性差成为影响其应用的重要制约因素。通过对AP1000核电站钢制安全壳无机富锌涂层施工的关键工艺进行研究和优化,保证了无机富锌涂层连续施工工艺的稳定性,并在工程实践中获得了良好的应用。

Abstract: The inorganic zinc-rich coating is widely used in modern heavy-duty anticorro-sion engineering due to its excellent anticorrosive performance. However, its strict construction conditions and poor construction stability has become the major factors affecting its application.Through the research and optimization of the key coating process of the inorganic zinc-rich coating for AP1000 Steel containment vessel, the stability of the continuous coating process of the inorganic zinc-rich coating is ensured, and it is well applied in engineering practice.
