摘要: 针对核电站用涂料的特性选择环氧树脂和耐辐照的颜填料,以及采用胺加成反应物固化剂研制高功率核电站用涂料。讨论了树脂、胺固化剂和颜填料的选择,PVC对涂料的影响,环氧树脂与胺的物质的量比的确定。

关键词: 环氧涂料, 胺加成物, 核电站用涂料

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of nuclear power plant, a coating for high-power nuclear power plant has been developed by use of radiation resistant epoxy resin, pigments and amine adduct curing agents. The article also discussed the selection of resins, amine hardeners, pigments and fillers, and effect of PVC on the coatings. The ratio of epoxy resin and amine equivalent was finalized.
